I have coupons setup to offer free shipping if customers uses certain codes. The shipping fee shows as subtracted but the shipping is added in the estimated total. I am reading the threads that others are having issues with coupon codes. Does anyone have a workaround because the backend is not adding the estimated total correctly.
I even went to the end of the process and adding the coupon once the shipping was applied and it still is not removing shipping from the order.
Example (could not upload a screen shot)
Subtotal: $80.00
Coupon code (FREESHIP) -$15.00
Shipping: $15.00
Order Total: $95.00
The order total should be $80.00 since the coupon code is for free shipping for the entire order.
The coupon is setup correctly and it subtracts the shipping but it adds it back in under shipping instead of zero out shipping. Before the conversion of coupons to marketing my coupon codes for free shipping acting as expected. With a push for sales next week, this is definitely not working in my favor.

Hi there, @KMcK,
We are happy to take a closer look at this for you! One thing to check on your end, is to make sure that the cost of the shipping is not included in your item price. This can be found in your shipping profile settings. For us to look on our end, can you please provide us with a link to your site?
Also, it looks like this is your first post on the Seller Community. We are so happy to have you here! Since you are new here, we recommend checking out our Orientation & Etiquette.
