I have scheduled multiple Mothers Day text messages and tried to send them directly, however, they are not sending. Is anyone else having this issue? Great day to shut down Square!

There have been issues with Messages for quite some time now. Long story short, from what I've been told, clients/customers will need to re-opt-in due to Square needing to tighten up privacy policies. I agree, very frustrating, but that is the direction from Square, for now. Support is very aware of our need to have functioning, customizable messaging options.

I’m having the same issue! It’s so frustrating. There’s no point in paying for the additional service if I can’t use it.

Hello, I receive this message while trying to send a text message campaign.
someone please help me. I have no clue why it won’t send. I’ve tried from
difference phones, devices, laptop, WiFi no WiFi and nothing.
