Client accidentally unsubscribed

I had a client complain that they weren't getting any of the holiday promo emails I was sending.  I looked at their customer profile, and saw that they unsubscribed from Marketing emails.  Is there a way for a customer to re-subscribe to marking emails on their end?

@mercury47 You can Re-subscribe them from your online dashboard.  

 

  1. Go to: Customers -> Customers -> Directory
  2. Find the customer and open their directory entry
  3. Scroll down to the Marketing section, and click the “…” to the right.  That should give you the option to subscribe them to email and/or SMS marketing.
