Loyalty Redemption by Category with Square Online

Is there no way to set up a free item redemption by category in Square Online? That seems to only work in store.

Thanks for the great question. Currently, category-based rewards aren't available for online use. I can see how beneficial this feature would be and recommend submitting your suggestion to our Ideate Board.
