I received an email from Square offering another capital loan. When I visited my dashboard, it read that I was still ineligible. I reached out to support and someone responded by the name of Paola and requested that I screenshoot a picture of the email. I sent the photos and never received another response from anyone on the square team. I would like to know why I received that offer email and no offer in my dashboard. Please help.
