For at least two years I've been creating invoices for completed coaching sessions and then charging the card on file. Today I tried to do this for two different (established) customers and found that there was "no card on file." Anyone had this problem? Suggestions to fix?

I would like to step in here and see how I can help. Are you still experiencing this on your account? If so, can you please provide additional details about the device you are using and how long this has been going on for?
