Trying to create an invoice and the customer name/email, invoice title and message are all greyed out. Hard to send an invoice if I can't put the customer email in the first line. Anyone else with this issue?

Can you please provide me with more details about this issue so I can take a look?
It would be helpful to know the device and browser / app you are using to try to create your invoice.
I tested using my account and I was able to edit all fields of a new invoice using Google Chrome.
I'll keep an eye out for your reply!
