How to turn on tip percentages for invoices?

Is there a way for us to turn on suggested tip percentages for invoice payments? Our company is coming from a different platform and people are noticing tips declining once switching to Square bc of the lack of suggested tip options for the customer. Retail events are fine but invoiced/catered events are what we are noticing. 

Retail = suggested tip amounts 

Invoice = customer just types in a tip 

would be help for invoiced customers to choose 15%, 20%, 25%, etc vs having a blank spot to type it in. Seems like it is just getting overlooked now.

You can enable tipping for invoices! There is currently no option to have suggested tipping amounts like the app. The customer can enter a custom tip, though.

Any idea if the Suggested Tipping Amounts feature will be added to the "Send an invoice" method any time soon? It's quite annoying to lose out on so many tips because only the custom "Add a Tip" option is available.

Unknown if customers just don't see the "Add a tip" box because they're focused on entering their credit card information, or if customers are just naturally less inclined to leave tips when they have to manually type them in. I've had several customers speak with me about it afterward, complaining they "couldn't figure out" how to leave a tip when I use the "Send an Invoice" method.

When I use the "Take a Payment" option on the dashboard, the suggested tipping buttons show up on their end quite noticeably when they're making a payment. Seems like it would be an obvious addition to the "Send an Invoice" method to have suggested tipping enabled.

Unfortunately, I don't have a timeline to share about the availability of this feature. I think it's a great idea though, and you make a good point when saying customers might be less inclined to tip if they manually have to input the amount. I suggest filing a feature on our Ideate Board here, which is monitored by our Product Team, and we'll be sure to let you know if we have any updates.
