I have a few clients who want a year-end invoice for tax purposes, showing the dates they came in for services. Is there an easy way to do this through square? Or a way to itemize their past 10 sessions?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @eriktaylorlmt, thanks for posting on the Community, and welcome 🙂.
While there is no feature that lets you download all payments specific to a customer, you can download a Transaction report and itemize their transactions. To do so, log in to your Dashboard :
- In Reporting, access Transactions
- Select the relevant dates in the top menu
- Click on Export in the top right corner, and select Transactions CSV
The report will include the details about the transactions (date, time, amount, name of item or service purchased), as well as the name of the customer in column AK. You can tweak the Excel sheet to only keep the rows relevant to your customer.
I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any other questions !
