Customer didn't receive email to Write a Review. Can the email be re-sent?

Hello @tpender !

 

A little clarification please...

 

Are you talking about a receipt email with the feedback links? If so, if you have the customer's last four digits of the card they used to pay, you can search for the transaction and resend the receipt to their email. (you may have to enter their email information again)

 

Are you talking about a marketing email blast asking for reviews? The customer may have unsubscribed from your email list or the email may have made it into their spam box. For the first, there isn't a lot you can do on your side, the customer will have to re-subscribe to your email list. For the spam, make sure you're not using words in your email subject that could freak out spam filters. A quick google search for "spam words in email subject lines" gives me a ton of websites of what not to say.
