Signed contracts not visible on desktop

For a while the contacts that are automatically sent via email/text and signed worked fine. But for the past couples month or so when people sign the contacts I can't see the dropdown answers. All answer like multiple choice or short paragraphs are fine but all the dropdown menu answers are blank even though they customers fills it out completely. Anyway to fix this?
