Appointment Contracts

When I was on the free trial for Plus ($29 a month), I created custom contracts for my business to send out to my clients.  After trial, I decided that $29 a month was not a bad price just based on these contracts.  

 

Now I cannot even get into MY customized contracts, the 2 options I have are 1. Remove contract and 2.  Sign up for Premium for $69 a month.  

 

I put a lot of work and effort into creating my own contracts and now I have to pay more to use them or remove them?????????

 

I have an appointment coming up and once again I have to go back to drawing board and make forms.  

 

When comparing plans both plus and premium cover the contracts so I am not sure what the problem is.

 

Am I missing how to get to it?   An answer or suggestion asap would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry about this experience. I will go ahead and recommend you call our direct Support team as you do not need to upgrade to Premium. They can be reached at 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday-Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will be required to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.

Hi! I realize that this question is old, but I am also having a problem. Was this resolved? Also, I am not able to see my contracts from Appointments? Were you able to see your contract from Appointments? I just spoke to customer service and she couldn't figure it out either.

Did you get this resolved, or do you still need assistance? It looks like the original post was referencing a free trial that needed to be removed by the support team. I know you said you spoke with support, but did the rep mention this at all, or do you recall signing up for a free trial?
