Hey @TEE2. Can you please elaborate? I went to your website, but I can’t figure out which page the embedded code is on. Also, where it is on that page and what that embedded code is supposed to do. Your website and pages are loading for me just fine, but of course I’m missing something until you point me in the right direction. A screen shot might be helpful, too.

Thank you for your assistance. When the "Book Here" page is selected not all of the codes show up. If I refresh the page they will but the ones that originally showed won't. I've attached a recording that I hope helps you to see it.

@TEE2 That was very helpful and enlightening! Unfortunately, it confirmed to me that I can’t help you here. Since you are using the Square booking embedded code, this seems to me to be a bug or issue with that code. To me, this looks like an issue that needs to be investigated by the team. I’m going to tag a few Square moderators here in the Community so that they can alert them.
@_Violet @Summer2024 @Katie_SQ Look at the video above along with the original post and my replies here. This surely looks to me like an issue with the embedded booking code that Square provides. Having to scroll up and down, and/or refresh, doesn’t seem right to me at all.

Question @TEE2 : Have you considered creating a full booking site instead of using the embedded codes? This may make things easier.

I might need you to enlighten me. I used the embedded codes in order to make it easier for clients to find the service they are looking for. The codes are just on 1 page of the website. I thought my site was a full website. Correct me if I'm wrong.

@TEE2 I and @Summer2024 may be wrong here, but it looks like you have created what are called advanced widgets and have embedded those in web pages. This is different that creating an “Appointments” page on your site that is dedicated to allowing customers to book.
To clear up any confusion, are you using Square Online to build and host your site? If so, did you create widgets or are you using the dedicated “Appointments” page for your online store bookings?

Ok I understand what you are asking now. Yes I did use the advanced widgets. I previously had an appointments page but clients had to scroll and search to find the service they wanted. Dividing them up by category made it so much easier to find a select service. For example, color clients go to the color section, relaxed hair clients go to their section, curl clients go to their section, so forth and so on.

@TEE2 Thanks for the confirmation. So @Summer2024 given that reasonable explanation/reason for using widgets, can you check back with the team and see if this is a widgets bug they should investigate? It certainly looks like one to me, but I haven’t been a code jockey in a few decades. Lol

Yes, @TheRealChipA ! I have actually been playing around with it this morning (clearing my cache, refreshing, updating cookie preferences) to see if it was any of those factors causing the widgets to not load. My next thought is that maybe there are too many widgets? My next course of action is reaching out to the Appointments product team. Ecommerce said that the website is functioning as intended so it is an issue with the widgets specifically.
I will say, I do love the way the site is set up. So hopefully I can get some answers today @TEE2

Thanks @Summer2024!
@TEE2 while this is being investigated, I’d like to offer another suggestion. On the Appointments page, you DO have the option of having services listed by category, and even adding category buttons for quicker access in a long list of services (see screen shot below). How would you feel about re-creating an Appointments page (for testing purposes) and toggling “Category buttons” and “Category titles” on?
This might be an ultimate solution for you, unless I’m missing something. Of course, the Appointments team still needs to figure out if widgets has a bug, regardless of your choice here.
