When in the Square POS system I can access my Service Charges that I added to the Library last year, but now that I have signed up for the Appointment Calendar, the Library DOES NOT contain the Service Charges Link (but all other links ARE there)? I tried everything and can't seem to find it or get it added? Can you tell me how I can get it added to the library of the Appointment calendar so I can start booking appointments using the Square calendar.

no, we do not accept online bookings, only in person or over the phone. But yes, the credit card surcharge I usually apply to all credit card purchases, under the LIBRARY, is not in the LIBRARY of the Appointments App for some reason. All else carries over except that???

Gotcha, thank you for clarifying that for me. Service charges are not yet available for Square Appointments, Square for Retail or Square for Restaurants. You can use them on Square Point of Sale, Square Invoices app, and Square Online. Checkout more information here.

We are not offering online booking, only in person or over the phone. Typically when they book, they leave a deposit. If paying by credit card, I have an option I set up through Square to charge customers using a credit card a 3.99% surcharge. But when I process the payment through the Square Appointments App, the option for the surcharge is not there. All other items are there, but not that one? Why would all my other custom items and taxes appear but not this custom charge I created in the Library.
