I would like to designate a single team member to accept/decline appointments and be the only one who can reschedule or reassign an appointment. Is this possible?
Of course, all team members should be receive notifications of new appointments and be able to see their own appointments in the calendar.

@SalonElev8 I think I have found what you need. Basically, you need to have a couple of permission sets — one for the “scheduler” and another for your “stylists.” You manage permission sets from your dashboard at Team -> Permissions.
For the scheduler, either create or edit the permission set you will assign them to. Scroll down to Appointments, and turn it on. Then make sure all permissions are checked.
For the stylists, either create or edit their permission set and go to the same section. Then turn OFF “manage all team member calendars” and probably turn OFF “configure appointment settings.”
Then from your Team Member list, be sure that each team member is assigned to the appropriate permission set.
