Facebook "Book Now" action button not connecting to Square Appointments

For the life of me, I cannot get the Facebook "Book Now" button to connect to my Square Appointments.  I go through the entire process and it even says that everything is good, but the button never appears on my business page.  I can activate the "Sign Up" button and connect it to my appointments URL, but  the phrase "sign up" isn't what I want customers to click.  I want it to say "book now".  Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.

That is frustrating! Can you drop your booking site here, and I will look into this?

Sorry for the delayed response.  I got it working somehow for a few days, but now it isn't working again.  The "Book Now" button disappeared from my Facebook business page and I can't get it back.  I run through the setup process, but it either gets stuck on the "Linking Application" screen, or it goes through the entire process, but then does not add the button on the Facebook page (it automatically reverts to "send Facebook message."    The booking site is: https://fast-flush.square.site/
