While all of my Services are in Reporting Category, Services, some are showing as Uncategorized.
I have listed all of my services and categorized them as services in the reporting category. Some of the services are showing as services in the reports but others are still uncategorized. Need this fixed ASAP as I'm having to review all transactions manually.

Hi @CRUZCHS. I need to clarify something. Are you saying that after you ensured that all of your services are categorized correctly, that some new transactions with those services are still showing uncategorized? Or are you thinking that changing the reporting category will change historical transactions?
I ask because there is no way to fix the past. If some services were sold before you fixed their categories, then those will always be reported incorrectly. Otherwise, this might be a weird bug, and I’ll follow up with some questions to help you figure this out.

I realize historical can’t be fixed. That’s my fault.
The transactions after fixing all my services (fixing being setting the correct reporting category) are still showing uncategorized. Strange thing being it’s only about half of my services.

So strange. Sorry for the odd question, but not everyone is aware of that fact. So….
Can you post screen shots of any one service that is not reporting correctly? Just pick one — it doesn’t matter which. And try to post all screens of the service setup. Thanks. Most likely I’ll be tagging a moderator or two, but I want to rule out anything obvious or that might jump out at me first.

Also @CRUZCHS after I posted my reply, something came to mind. I’m wondering if the services that are still reporting incorrectly were booked (online, by you, etc) BEFORE you made the change? Most likely what is happening is that any services booked before the change aren’t getting made since the category(ies) were already saved with the booking. That would DEFINITELY be a bug worthy of reporting.

I think we have a winner. I know the two that were correct were walk ins. Pretty sure the incorrect ones were scheduled. I’ll verify and watch going forward. I’ll put that bug report in if that’s the case. Much appreciated. I was pulling my hair out. Ha
