Appointment requests go to my personal phone number. How do I stop this?

I have booking set up to allow me to approve or reject a booking. I’ve done 3 test bookings and every time I receive a notification to the Appointments app and to my personal number sending me a link to approval/deny. I have updated my business contact info to my business number. The business number shows in my account settings and comes on my booking site.

 

I’ve now turned off text notifications and unsubscribed from text alerts from the automated Square number. However, I still would like to receive appointment request texts through my business phone. I have SmartLine from GoDaddy so maybe that has something to do with it? Has anyone run into this issue? If so, how did you fix it?
