How to see the time of every item entered

How do I see a list of entries made by my employees. I need to see what time they entered and item, a discount, etc. like a list of transactions but not when they closed, at time of entry.

Are you looking for an activity log for each of your employees? 

If so, there isn't a feature at the moment for this. I can tag this as a Feature Request for our Product Team.
