Customer App to Join Loyalty Program

Can customers sign up for the loyalty program from an app on their phone or computer? Having them join during the order really ties up the line at our till. I'd like to have them access and join from their own device or a device we supply while they wait for their order.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with this. I can see how enrolling in a loyalty program from a single screen would cause a backup—especially during busy times. At this time, the ability for a customer to access and join from their own device or alternate screen isn't available.
