strikethrough of items while selling

Hello, why some products are showing with strikethrough name and price?

Hi there, @domsportsbar! Thanks for reaching out and checking in on this thread.

 

We can confirm that this issue was resolved with an Point of Sale app update that was pushed out at the end of April for both iOS and Android.

 

If you haven't done so recently, please ensure that both your POS App - as well as the main device software - are both up to date. If you have done-so and you are still experiencing this issue, we ask that you reach back out to our Support Team for further investigating.

Hi @cabreramouzo!

 

It looks as though that item was voided in the sale. If you remove it from the transaction and try to add it again, can you let me know if you see the same strike-through?

Hi Nika, I tried today and the items are strikethrough even if I remove from transaction and add again. For example this is one of the items:

Thanks for letting me know @cabreramouzo. I checked in on this and it looks like our Engineering team is aware that this is happening. They're working on a fix, so I'll be sure to let you know once I hear back from them.

Please update if this has been solved.  Sometimes it's the items that are crossed out and sometimes it's just the description.
