Will overwriting items effect reports later?

Our account needs a major overhaul of items.  If I upload a new library and replace all of the current items, will I still get accurate sales reports at the end of the year on items that I deleted/removed?

Yes, your reporting will show all the information regardless if the item is still active or even in the library.

Overhaul away! I did that about three years ago and it's been so much easier to manage things.
