Will outstanding or incomplete invoices import into QuickBooks?

Hello,

About a week ago I entered several invoices into Square and send to the clients. Some invoices were paid by the clients online.

When I checked the exports, I noticed that only paid invoices were exported into QuickBooks, but outstanding invoices were not exported into QuickBooks.

Is it possible to export all invoices (including outstanding) into QuickBooks?

Thanks for reaching out.

Thus far, only sales/invoices that have been completed and paid will be imported from Square to QuickBooks. Not any outstanding or incomplete payments/invoices. 

This might be something QuickBooks is working on when it comes to syncing features. I would try giving them a call at 1-800-488-7330. Their support hours are:

• Monday - Friday: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (PST)
• Saturday: 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. (PST)
