I'm trying to set up self serve. As you are aware, the UK now has 2 VAT rates, 5% and 20%. Your system will only let me set up 1 VAT rate. Will this be updated?

Thanks for reaching back out @Thj! We have actually rolled out a new feature recently that will let you assign itemised sales that you've setup in your Dashboard to pickup and delivery orders. You can find out more about setting this up here.

Hi @Thj, thank you for your post! The team are aware of the requirements and are working to implement a way to setup multiple tax rates in the Online site, but right now I don't have a concrete update to share.

Is there anyway this problem can be escalated? It's pretty important that the 2 VAT amounts are available ASAP for self serve / online orders. It's also important to have VAT on modifiers which I have previously mentioned in a different thread. Customers are getting the wrong VAT amounts on their receipts.

Any update on this?? Surely it cannot be that difficult to add another VAT amount to the UK. Please can you chase it up.
