Square Register Background

I've had different images on our square register before, but today when I go to upload a new image, it acts like it's uploading the image (which is the right size) and then it doesn't save the image....it's just blank and shows no image on the registers.  help!?

Are you saving this on your Dashboard and then restarting your Square Register to display the background change?

I will keep an eye out for your reply, so I can continue to work with our Hardware team to find you the best resolution.
