Disconnect team members POS from my business POS

A barber in my barbershop was attempting to creat their own square profile with the POS app. In doing so, they somehow connected it to MY business POS and now when they swipe credit cards, the money goes into my account. How do I disconnect them so they can be using their own bank info?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community 

 

Do you see the individual's name when you log into the Square Dashboard and go to the Team tab?

 

If so, I would suggest doing the following:

 

1) Remove their email address BEFORE you deactivate their team member profile. You can even put delete@deleted.com. 

 

2) Deactivate their team profile.

 

3) Have them log out of the Square app (wherever they're logged in). 

 

4) Have them sign up for a new, merchant instead of team member Square account at squareup.com/signup.
