Hi will this get me to a real person. They are saying they will take my square capital in full as loan has reached its maturity. I've made auto payments throughout this process, but I am still coming back from covid and cannot afford square to take all my money?

@Azizafakhouri I've just asked our CS team to email you the steps to call in! Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm PT. When you call, our CS team will be able to help you with your deposit.

That is not true- I have been calling and calling and your company is refusing to speak with me. Your system has blocked me from speaking with anyone and hangs up on me.
