Is there a way to put both the customer name and company on the invoice?

I have customers that order on behalf of a company.  I need to have both their name (as the purchaser) and the company name show up on the invoice.

Any way to do this?  From what I can tell it defaults to one or the other.

The easiest way would be to add the customer name to the notes section of the first item ordered. It will show up on all invoices printed or emailed, and you will see the notes when you view the invoice.

On the dashboard, click Customize. On the app, tap on the item. There is a Notes box on the next screen.

Thanks for the answer but not really what I am looking for.

What I want is to populate both the Company field and First Name/Last Name and have them print out when the invoice is printed.  I would like to not have to add it each time.

We have work around already by putting both company and personal name in the company field but it is less than ideal on printout but I like it better than having the purchaser buried on a line item of the invoice.

Thanks

I agree having the ability to have name and company data at the top of the invoice is the best way to go about it, and I like your way of doing it more than my haphazard idea... 😏

Hopefully this is something the Square devs will take a look at sooner than later
