Simply need to have customer fill out their address upon paying for membership and donations so we can mail out membership card/tax letter. We are trying to use the note section but less than 5% give us this info so I have to separately email them or call them. Square needs to have a simple solution to this. Love square but with 800 members I truly need this built into the system or we must leave for system that can do this easily.

In the app go to Menu / Settings / Customer Management. There make sure "Collect Information before Checkout" and "...after Checkout" is turned on. Now, this still will not prompt you for the information but will allow you to enter it.
We start certain transactions by clicking "Add Customer" before we start the transaction. This way we get the info we need. You can also do this at the receipt screen where you select text, email, etc. you will see "Add Customer" at the top right. Click that instead and enter the information you need.
