Hi
I am having an issue with my contactless reader accepting debit tap payments. The light on the reader turns red and says unable to process contactless payment. I have tried all the "fixes" that are listed online and none of them work. Please help! I am in Canada, in case that changes anything.

Hi @PTSQ, bummed to hear that. Since troubleshooting didn't help, your reader probs need to be swapped out with a replacement.
Those readers have a yr warranty, so if your purchase falls within a year's window, file a claim here.
