How do I retrieve a customer's info from a no-show boooking?

I need to be able to force the client to pay a booking fee at the time they make the appointment.

You might want to check out this article to learn more about no-show protection. 

We don't charge a booking fee at the time they make the appointment, but you can charge clients who violate your cancellation policy.
