[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Time Zone]
I am on vacation and it switched my entire appointment schedule to eastern time when my business is mountain time. I have it on a locked time zone for my business so I’m not sure why it did that. I am still getting calls on my vacation to book people but it’s booking them in eastern time because of my current location. Which means I was able to book myself online at the same time as customers that I booked in eastern time zone. Which is bad because i would have 2 people showing up at the same time for appointments. How do I lock my personal calendar back to mountain time and make sure the appointments I book are not booked in a different time zone. I travel a lot so this is extremely frustrating and not good for my business.

The main issue is that my personal appointment calendar is in Eastern time because I’m on vacation and my business is mountain time. I don’t know how to switch my personal calendar back to mountain time, it makes is hard to know what is actually available when I have to book my clients 2 hours past their appointment time for it to be correct.

Hi @OSS2020,
Thank you for your patience while I looked into this with our Appointments Team. In regard to the time zone differences, the system will lock into the timezone of your device. So, if you want your customers to book into a specific timezone, change it on the device you are using to manage your appointments and it should sync properly.
