How do I link Square with Setmore?

Hi all, 

We have recently changed business owner and have therefore had to delete our previous Square account. We still have the same Setmore account. Can somebody please point me in the right direction of linking up our new Square account to an existing Setmore account (on our website)?

Hi @KSPG, thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community! 

You should be able to link your Setmore account to your new Square account by going directly into Square Market Place and searching for Setmore. Then you'll be given the option to link your current Setmore account.

If for some reason you are not able to do this, we recommend getting in touch with Setmore themselves. Although Square integrates with Setmore for payment processing, Setmore features and services are managed by them directly. For help, visit the Setmore support page.

If for some reason they’re not able to help you, reach out to our team with your support case/ticket number, and we’ll see what we can do from our side.
