How do I know who's donated to my website?

Currently whenever I receive a donation it's coming from an unknown sender. However when donating the sender has to input their name and card information. How do I access their name?

Thank you for reaching out. Are you seeing the "Unknown Name" whenever the transaction shows in your Dashboard? 

What website are you using to take your donations. - Square Online Store or a different API partner (Wix, WordPress, etc)?
