How do I add my business logo to the packing slip I include in the package?

I can't figure out how to add a .jpg of my logo to a packing slip template within my online store. I can customize the emails that are automatically sent to my customer when they make a purchase and the item is shipped, but I can't find a way to customize the packing slip I print with the shipping label so that it looks nice and matches the automatic emails. Any ideas how I can make these changes? Thanks!

This is a great question. I flagged this over to our Ecom specialists for the Online Store, and while there is no formal way to implement your logo to packing slips, it looks like some users on the Weebly Community found a helpful workaround. It should be able to guide you through adding your logo to your packing slips!

Thanks, @Joe for your suggestion. I've figured out how to include my logo on the emails that are electronically sent to my customers. I'm talking about the actual printed packing slip that is generated at the same time as the shipping label. I print both and put the packing slip in the package in case the outside label is damaged or removed. I really want the packing slip to match the emails my customer has been receiving. I think someone on the Weebly Community has suggested this as a "new idea".

@suzylouise thank you for clarifying. At this time, this is still a feature request with us, as you mentioned. I have pushed your feedback up to our Weebly team and will be sure to post any updates in this thread, but for the meantime the two forms will look different.

You can now print packing slips from within Order Manager by finding the packing slips button in overflow actions.  Also you can add a logo in the business information section of settings for your location, and it will appear on the packing slip.

Does anyone know if we are able to customize packing slips yet? seems like a very simple feature to add, and really silly that the default doesn't even allow for a logo... The whole thing looks pretty unprofessional to me.

At this time, the ability to customize your shipping labels is a feature request. Although this feature isn’t currently available with Square, it’s a great idea and I can see how it would be beneficial to your business.
