How can I turn off email notifications for the client businesses I manage
Hello,
I can't seem to turn off the email notifications for the businesses I manage. Ideally, I'd like to only receive notifications for my own business and not my clients'.
When I visit the Square Launchpad and choose my clients' business. Their Square dashboard appears. Then, I choose Business information from the Settings page, and it shows only that specific business (and not my own).
When I turn off all email notifications, it turns them off successfully.
Unfortunately, it turns off all email notifications for every single business in my account, including my own. I would like to keep the email notifications, but only for my business.
This does not seem possible inside Square. Is that true?

Do you have a single Square account with multiple locations? Or do you have multiple Square accounts?

Hey,
I do have multiple locations, but I'm referring to the My Account > Switch Business tab, where I can select from the Clients' Square Online businesses that I work with.
The squareup.com/launchpad looks like this, where I can choose their business or my own.
However, when I visit the Account Settings > Business Information > Email notifications, I'm unable to turn off just their emails. I can turn them off or on, but they apply to ALL businesses, whereas those settings specifically state they'll be just for the single business I have selected. So, the logic does not seem to be working.
I would like to turn off their email notifications from being sent to me. They can get them, but I won't need to see them.
I want to see my own though, so I do need these on for my own business on Square.

Are you wanting these emails to still go to the Seller but not to you? These emails will be sent to the email address that is listed on the Square account under the Sign-in & security section of your Dashbord. If you are still wanting the Seller to receive these emails but at a different email address, you would need to update the email on file for the account.
