Discount Specific items Setting
So Ive created a discount that is only supposed to be used on a specific service, so when I applied it to a clients appointment it didn't just apply to the specific service it applied to everything and I did not notice and lost myself 50$. I know when checking out I can apply discounts to specific items but I thought setting up that parameter in the discount would prevent it from affecting other items, but it didn't. So I guess Im asking, is there a point to having discounts for specific items/services when creating the discount? If I still have to manually go in and only select the specific item/service then what is the point of the setting in the discount? Or am I missing a step/setting?
