Can you import a excel sheet with tabs into the POS system?

I have tabs separating my categories. Will this cause problems when importing? I have the top line "token, etc." at the top of each tab.  Anyone??

Tabs won't upload properly. The Square Item Library template has a column designated for categories. Use that column to categorize your items then upload. @KatieKarma
