Adding Sections to a Item page
Hello!
I would like to add a contact Section above the item on the item page but I can't manage it.
Is anything like this possible?

Hey @designer_dipped,
Thanks for reaching out!
Adding a contact section to an item page is unfortunately not something available via Square Online at the moment. You can certainly add a contact form via a contact section on your website, which can display in the website header, however from what I understand there is no way to add this form to an actual item listing.
Sorry I can't be of more help here! This isn't a common request we see, so if you can add any additional context as to what the use case here is, then it will help us gain a better understanding of how our sellers would potentially use this feature!

Dear Seamus,
Thank you so much for your reply.
The reason behind my request is that I sell items, that even out of stock, are available for a potential order.
I have another thread where I am asking about the possibility of having a " contact us" button instead of the "Add to cart", but that is impossible too.
Therefore, I was trying to have another way to make the customers click contact directly from the page with the item.
Let me know if you think of other ways possible that are also looking clear and neat for the customers.
Thank you very much!

@designer_dipped Hi. If you use Facebook Messenger you could have a button that shows on every page. To set this up from your dashboard go to Online / Website / Messenger

dear tony,
Thank you for your suggestion. However, I do not use Facebook much on my business. It's more between Instagram and the website.

@designer_dipped Another option would be to have your email link in the footer

Hey @designer_dipped, aside from having your email or a contact form in the footer, some other workarounds I can think of include:
- Having a banner/announcement that let customers know if an item is out of stock, they can contact you directly instead to order OR
- Offer this information in the item description so customers will know to contact you.
