We heard your feedback and launched Rich Text Descriptions so you can sync your HTML-formatted product descriptions from your Square Dashboard to Square Online!

Improve your item descriptions: Create and edit product descriptions using HTML tags in Dashboard to highlight the most important features of your items.

Easily create a better display for your buyers: HTML helps format your product copy to make it look more professional and appealing to buyers. You can bold, italicize, or underline words directly from your Item Library. 

To edit item descriptions, go to Dashboard > Items and select the products you want to update. Or, go to Square Online and use the rich text editor on items to update and format your descriptions.
