New Retail Feature: Loyalty Check-in on Square Register Customer Display

Hi Sellers! 👋

Your customers can now check-in and select their Loyalty rewards on the Square Register customer display on Square for Retail.

Previously, customers could only do this if sellers were running the Point of Sale (SPOS) software, but this flow is now active on Square for Retail as well! The customer check-in flow is enabled for any seller who is enrolled in Square Loyalty and using Square for Retail. 

Now, sellers on Square for Retail can provide a more seamless rewards experience to their customers and save valuable time during checkout by allowing customers to check themselves in, browse, and select their own rewards. 

We know that Loyalty programs are a big part of building customer relationships and increasing sales and we’re excited to bring this feature to Retail on Register!

What would make this even more amazing is:

for customers whom have saved their card details on file ( into customer directory) to be able to tap their card at this point instead of having to type their number in ( time saving)
