Hi Sellers, 🌟
You and your team can now view your POS personal passcodes on the Team App! Available now to all businesses using iOS and Android.
Team members typically first receive their passcode by accepting either their email or phone number invitation and going through the onboarding flow. Now, after signing up, they can also view their personal point of sale passcode by signing into the Square Team App in More > Personal POS Passcode. Any updates to the passcodes by the owners/managers are reflected automatically on this page for the team members.
ℹ️ Note: Only account owners or team members with appropriate permissions can edit or generate a new passcode or assign new access methods from the Square Team App or Square Dashboard.
