[New] First & Last Visit Filters

Hi Seller Community!

We’re happy to introduce first and last visit filters.

Now you can easily segment and filter for new customers who just made their first visit and lapsed customers who haven’t visited in a few months, based on your own definitions and parameters. This filtering enables you to easily target customers for ‘win back’ or ‘welcome’ one-off campaigns, incentivize new or lapsed customers with promotions and discounts, as well as gain important insights.

Example use cases:

  • Lapsed customers: See all customers who have made their last visit more than 6 months ago
  • New customers: See all customers who have made a first visit less than 1 week ago
  • High value lapsed customers: See all customers who have made their last visit more than 6 months ago with total spend greater than $100
  • All new customers at a specific location: See all customers who have made their first visit less than a month ago at the FiDi location
