We are excited to introduce our newest feature, auto clock-out.
Available with a Shifts Plus, Retail Plus, Restaurants Plus, and Appointments premium subscription.
Managing your team's time is a critical job as a Square seller. Ensuring that your team members' time is accurate requires time out of your day through review of timecards and approvals. We have heard your feedback to add automation to this area and now offer the ability to have your team members automatically clocked out at the end of their scheduled shifts.
Ensure accurate timecards
Team members automatically clocked out can confirm the clock out or request a change, saving you time and effort when reviewing timecards before running payroll.
Set a clock-out buffer.
Provide flexibility to your team members, giving them extra time to ensure they wrap up their responsibilities before clocking out.
Customized Alerting
Team members can be alerted via Team App notifications and/or through email that they have been clocked out automatically from their scheduled shifts. Automatically clocked out timecards will be flagged in Dashboard.
This feature is OFF by default, but can be enabled on the Shifts > Settings > Clock in/out screen.
