Why did my funds instantly transfer?

The title of this post has been edited by a moderator from the original: "New Customer".

 

Pretty unhappy with square right now! When I signed up I clicked the 1-2 transfer day button on the app as I do NOT need instant transfer and being a new business I didn’t want to encounter the 1.5% fee! Well I was woken up about 545am to  an email saying my money was being transferred but a lot less than what it should be!!! I opened my app and saw the instant transfer button turned on and I know for a fact I didn’t click it! Can anyone help or direct me where I can call? This is terrible customer service for a new person starting out!!

Hi @Jenn0419- I'm really sorry for the negative experience.

 

Instant transfers have to be manually initiated. So I'm wondering if you maybe set up the Same-Day transfer by mistake? It's difficult to say because I can't see into that type of information here. But you can call our CS team M-F from 6am-6pm PST and they can take a look at it with you to make sure you're set up on the right track.
