Setup for a UK business set up made me select Australia - how can I change it to the UK?

During the setup process the only country available to select in the dropdown menu was Australia - I'm in the UK.

I carried on with the setup process, assuming you could change it later, but now my business is set up as being in Australia and it's asking for Australian tax info to complete the set up, plus everything is in dollars. I've looked everywhere but I can't see how to change the country and correct this so I can use it.

Any ideas on how I can get this rectified?

I've tried emailing the help desk, but they don't seem to understand what I mean yet and it's taking a long while to get replies.

Thank you for reaching out to The Seller Community. I hate to hear you are having issues getting your account activated. That is super bizarre, I have not heard of this happening before! And you weren't in Australia during the time you tried to activate this? You do have to be located in the country you are wanting to activate in. The only way to rectify this is to create a brand new account for the country you are physically located in. Account Services cannot change the country code on the account for you. I am sorry for any confusion and that you are having to spend so much time on this but the only way to resolve this is through a new account.
