Hi, I’m new to using this cc reader for payments. Do most of you give them your bank info or did you choose the square checking card?

It's really a personal business decision and it would depend on how your business is setup.  Assuming you have all of your business details in place including a bank business checking account - then using it would make sense.  If you don't have a bank business account, then looking into what Square offers may be the path forward.  But, that's just a personal opinion from experience.  Perhaps talking with a tax or accounting professional would be beneficial as providing financial information (meaning how to run and/or plan your business) is beyond the scope of this Community.  When we started our business we had professional help.

I had my business setup with a business checking account already.  Liked it because we also take cash payments.  I can not deposit cash to a Square bank account or deposit a check there either.  So for these reasons I sent in my business bank information.  I can wait a day or two for deposits to hit my business banking account, plus if I need to do the instant transfer with Square to my business bank account I can for a small fee, never had to do that  yet.
