I received an email to update my billing details. I have tried to do so but unsuccessful. Why can't they send me a direct link to update my credit card information rather than clicking all over the web sites aimlessly? Can somebody help me, please.

@GUOSA-LANGUAGE. Like most financial institutions should do, Square does not send links for clicking to update sensitive information. This is because these email links are often used to phish/scam us, so Square isn’t taking any chances! That’s how they protect us from getting scammed. So….
Before I answer, a little more information is needed. Can you post a screen shot/photo of the email you received? Please black out any sensitive/identifying information before you do. I’m asking because I’m trying to figure out exactly what is being asked for and, more importantly, to see if this is really from Square. Honestly, I’m not sure it is from Square, but it’s possible. Just being cautious.
If my answer resolves your issue, please take a minute to mark it as Best Answer. That helps people who find this thread in the future.

Hi there, @GUOSA-LANGUAGE!
My friend @TheRealChipA is correct....Square does not send direct email links that ask for sensitive information. Please post a screenshot of the email in this thread so I can take a look.
Please do not provide any information that it is asking for until I can confirm that this is legit or not.
