How do you change the name of your store in shipping

I tried to change the name of my store I’m shipping and when I press store name it just has like a grey shade over it

Just a couple of questions to make sure I am understanding what you're seeing. 

Are you trying to change this in your Online Store or Square Dashboard? 

If it's through your Online Store - go to your Online Store > Settings > General. Here you will see the an option to edit your business name. 

Similarly under your Dashboard - go to Account & Settings > Personal Information.

Yes that’s what I’m talking about then you hit shipping and your business name but it will not let me edit my business name.
