HELP!!! USING SQUARE WITH IONOS ECOMMERCE

Please can someone help me! im trying to connect my square account, having an absolute nightmare!!!!! Ive created the account its verified with my bank i then keep getting this error with ionos? Ionos tell me square need to verify ionos as my merchant account... Square tell me they have no idea what they are talking about and the account should work? 

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

It looks like this error may be related to your Square account not being fully activated. When you can please run through the steps in this article. I can't check the status here unfortunately as we don't have access to your account here. 

From there, If you're still experiencing any issues, it may be worth disconnecting and reconnecting your Square account to that application. This should fix any issues you're facing.
